We believe each ingredient has a purpose in our vegan dumplings. We intentionally create flavor profiles that are mouth-wateringly delicious yet perfectly balanced. We do not use overpowering flavor profiles, such as onion and garlic, due to the monastic belief that these flavors linger and can detract from a mindful state. Our flavor doesn’t come from using more but from utilizing each fresh ingredient with intention. We use only premium products and spices and rely on traditional processing and development, which can be tedious and labor-intensive but ensures the most flavorful and delicious dumplings.
